[Phpwebsite-developers] Question marks in CVS code HTML?

Dear all,

Id just like to know why there are question marks all over the place in the 
generated HTML for fallout? I realize that the question marks are within the 
table lang_EN. Is it there for a purpose? What is it  used for ? Is there a 
way for me to turn it off ?

The question marks are put there by the language module to mark phrases
which have not been translated yet.

Go into the language module.
Pick Edit Language and click Go.
Click Search for Missing Translations.
Toggle All then Update Checked.

This enters all untranslated material.
There will be a option to turn off the "mark" variable in the future.
(Mark = TRUE makes the "?" appear in front)
