[Phpwebsite-developers] Successfully added mods

I successfully added my first two mods to PWS.    I will continue 
with some other small mods, or mods that don't affect others.

I did not do any kind of build, but the only difference it seems to 
make is I have to put up with lots of "TRANSLATE" statements when I 
test.

Hope my short notes here don't bother anyone.  I don't know what kind 
of protocol you all use to communicate changes, so I apologize if I 
am being overcautious.

At first, welcome into the phpWebSite Dev Team !
Then....

 1) about links.php : well done!
 2) about modules you would like to merge before 0.8.2 will get out:
    what kind of modules they are?
    please also note _before merging_ them, that you need to make sure
    they are both $table_prefix compliant and security-compliant.
    For the second one (security-compliant) you may refer to the new
    docs/developers/module_installer_api.html, chapter2, paragraph
    "Security". Please note that you may also want you modules to be
    take advantage of the new module_installer feature being compatible
    with it (this is strongly suggested for core modules) : refer to
    the same doc listed above.

Geoff: no
Please note: i'm talking about 3rd party modules
Explanation:
 - 1 : if a site will install with $table_prefix, a module which
       doesn't care about $table_prefix could do mess in the db.
 - 2 : pre-0.8.2 modules aren't provided with the new security
       capability, so it means they will be fully compatible but a
       malicious user could execute modulename_setup.php (if it exist)
typing
       a URL like:
http://www.phpws-powered-site.com/mod/modulename/modulesname_setup.php
and then mess up the db.
 - 3: pre-0.8.2 modules aren't compliant with the module-installer
      mechanism which means that they often aren't listed in the
"installed modules" list, nor they can be installed/uninstalled via
admin panel
