Hi all.
I've just added a section about "PHPSESSID and problems with W3C XHTML
validation" to the INSTALL document. I hereby explained how to solve the
problem with PHPSESSID and XHTML validation which had been erroneously
reported many times as a phpWebSite bug; this would hopefully avoid
users to report it again ^_-
