have been on Spring Break here at the University, but things should be back
to normal.  (It's *Monday*, to be sure....)

I really like the PHPDoc stuff.  I vote for a commit. Other comments from

I don't know if I rate "team" status, but certianly any documentation 
standard is better then none.  I have used a similar tool called doxygen 
before for C++ projects and I really liked the results.
