I have installed the fallout on my server. I joined this list is hopes 
of learning a thing or two about the theme engine and making themes. The 
reason is I tried a baby step by changing just the background color and 
when it was applied it hole theme went away, what I mean by that there 
was no color displayed only text and layout. This made me think that 
some things had really changed.

Code from default

body {
    color: #000;
    background-color : #000666;
}


Change


body {
    color: #000;
    background-color : #000666;
}

So now what did I do wrong. I have also notice some things that don't 
quit work. Yes I know it is beta that is not the point, the point is, is 
the error known.
