[Phpwebsite-developers] HTML_QuickForm

I came across this Pear class (HTML_QuickForm) today (an older version
of which is included with phpWebsite) and it has a couple of neat
validation functions (addRule and addGroupRule) which would be a nice
addition to Fallout.

Has anyone seen this before?  What are everyone's thoughts?
