[Phpwebsite-developers] Fallout Selectors

Through the magix of find; grep; vim regex tricks; and sort -u; a list
of fallout default theme selectors has been created.

What is the best way to get my arms around what each one is designed to
do?  Some selectors like toggle1 and toggle2 produce documentation hits
in various files.  Other selectors produce nothing.

Moreover, what shall I make out of the theme.ini file?
