I guess an incomplete install because of max_execution_time of 15 sec
There is (also) for sure a problem with sessions.

PHP 4.4 introduced a bunch of errors you'd normally only get in PHP5
which is why I've stuck with PHP 4.3.11 on my servers. 4.4 breaks too
many 3rd party scripts.  We'll have to get that working though.
Anyone running the latest v4.4 want to step forward for testing
purposes?
