[Phpwebsite-developers] Fwd: [PEAR-BUG] Bug #6084 [Opn->Csd]: fread now gives a warning on zero length templates

For those of you getting warnings on zero length templates,  
particularly in menuman.

I guess we should update the included phpWebSite PEAR libraries to  
include this latest fix. Note: this bug doesn't affect the Sigma  
engine used in Fallout.
