[Phpwebsite-developers] Module selection

One of the things that's always bugged me with phpWebSite was that if  
you added a new module after you've selected all the modules in  
'Allow View' in blockmaker or menuman, the block/menu wouldn't appear  
alongside the new module you added. I've been testing out a revised  
blockmaker that solves this problem by having an 'all' setting.

I've also modified the interface somewhat and added the ability to  
hide blocks from anon users and to show blocks alongside web pages also.

I'd appreciate comments on this and would of course love to see it  
rolled into the main distribution. There's a number of modules with a  
similar interface that could benefit from a unified approach. I can  
do the same for menuman. phpwsRSSFeeds is the other one I know of  
that already has the module/page selection happening.
