[Phpwebsite-developers] BBCode bugfix

Since quite a few module developers use/allow BBCode in their  
textareas I thought I'd pass on news of a bugfix.

http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=1388

In say phpwsBB, entering in www.domain.com will get converted to a  
link by the Links filter in PEAR's BBCode classes but previously it  
didn't add an http://

That's now been fixed.
