[Phpwebsite-developers] problem in Announcement mod

Hi

After upgradation to v0.10.1, the announcement mod has become erratic.

sometimes users can post ..some times can't teh post  vanishes..
even if there is a anonymous posts, frm admin panel.. when I click approve, 
it vanishes..
i hv not been able to notice a pattern of the problem.. its just random..

can someone pls have a look at: www.shillong.com and let me help fix the 
problem?
