[Phpwebsite-developers] duplicate forum block

Hello,

I'm having some trouble with the forum content block.  Whenever I set it
up, I always get two of each, "Forums" and "Latest Posts" blocks.  Also,
I always get two search bars at the bottom of each page.  It happens
with the default theme and  a theme similar which is a modified theme
I've been playing around with to try to master creating themes.  If
anybody knows why I'm getting duplicate content blocks, please let me
know.  Thanks!
