[Phpwebsite-developers] installation or other problem

Hy!

I have a little problem with the pws.

I installed this on my computer (apache2, php 4.3.10, mysql, winxp)
and when i go to the index page, there isn't any 'log in', only the
logo, and the calendar.

What can i do?
