Thanks a bunch I had selected the wrong template in pagemaster for the page
with out knowing what its was doing

I was looking at the w3c theme.php. would a variation of that work where the
.css file was selected conditionally depending on which user created it
instead of  via a link on the page? Could it all be done in the theme.php
file?
