Thanks for the write up. I saw this kind of late in the day so I will read more about it tomorrow. Also, please take a look at 1.0.0 alpha code if you have a chance. We are trying to take the road you are pointing us down. It currently uses a tableless design and relies on CSS more than its predecessor. Stay with us as we move forward and make sure to come by the chat room. P.S. I am close to getting 0.x modules working in the new core.
