Article Manager supports a lot of blog-related features, including 
support for the MetaWeblog and MovableType APIs.   RSS capability is 
offered via the phpwsRSS module.  The only thing I guess you'd be 
missing is Trackback, and Rck has implemented a solution for that at 
http://www.kiesler.at
