if i remember correctly, this is a firefox/mozilla bug. i think IE adds
the tags right. we noticed this at work and the javascript wiz said that
he found references in the htmlarea forums about the issue. this is
assuming you are using the same imagemanager (the one freely available for
htmlarea)
