[Phpwebsite-developers] Menumanager Error

In menumanager for a branch site, I selected to allow anonymous menu
views and encountered the following error:

DB Error: no such field
Unknown column 'anon_view' in 'field list'

This was a clean install of 0.9.3-4.  I am using branch sites.  I
confirmed there is a anon_view field in the hub, but not on the branch
site.  I looked at the install script and it looks fine, which means my
server may have hiccuped at an inopportune time.

This is an FYI post, not a bug.
