Tony, 0.9.4 uses it but it is under Form.php. The EZform file will no longer exist. Nothing says you "have" to use the Form class. You are welcome to just type out your forms if you want. We aren't sure what we are going to do with the skeleton module. So far I have been writing a module development document while working on the Links module.
