OK.  That's pretty much what I want.  Essentially, I want to use
PHPWebsite instead of Contribute.  The license management, price, and
training costs are too high for my little community group to use
Contribute.

I hope to find out how the modules work together to create a page.  It
seems like they are included, and executed, in a random order.  The
assumption remains a mystery to me right now... ;-)
