I have a question about "FORM LABELS" and 
passing the Bobby section 508 accessibility standards. 

When you run the "bobby" accessibility check at:
http://bobby.watchfire.com
on:
http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu

'Bobby' flags the "user name" and "password" input fields 
for not having a "label" tag... 

is there a fix in the cooker for this accessibility issue? 

(version: 0.9.3-2, "clear" theme)
