[Phpwebsite-developers] user permissions

I would like to be able to delegate permissions on Web Pages within PHPWS
so that only certain users are allowed to edit them.  Is this possible? 
The docs have a short blurb that states...

"0.9.2 does not support permissions per element. For example I can't
assign permission for only one person to edit a specific PageMaster page.
This functionality will be available in version 0.9.3."
