[Phpwebsite-developers] BBCodeParser support now in PHPWS_Text

Citizens of PHPWS:

I have committed changes to core/Text.php and added a
conf/BBCodeParser.ini.  With these changes and the addition of PEAR's
HTML/BBCodeParser package, PHPWS_Text::parseOutput will automatically
parse bbcode.

These changes have been committed to the "phpwebsite" module, which is
to say the 0.9.3 branch.  Stardog you may want to apply those changes to
phpwebsite094.
