[Phpwebsite-developers] Installing Modules help

I am trying to install my module on 0.9.3-2 but it does not seem to 
load up on any pages and I set it to load on all pages (even with 
module maker).

I know that if you have a fatal error on any of your code in a module 
that it will simply not be loaded into the system but I ran an analyzer 
on my code and found nothing. I installed it on previous versions of 
0.9.3-2 and it seems to work just fine.

Is there a way to debug why the module is not being loaded into the 
system?

Also, I installed the phpwebsite debugger but that did not work when 
trying to use it either.
