Hello!

I have built a spam-proof mailto module using the skeleton, and have
gotten the database section working using the EZform example in the
skeleton.

I am now trying to write the actual mailto form.  I believe I have done
everything correctly, but I am presented with a blank screen when I run
the script.  I'm at my wit's end.

Are there any developers who could find it in their heart to take a look
at my code /class/Mailto.php and see what it might be that I have missed?
I would really appreciate it.
