[Phpwebsite-developers] phpwsBB 0.2.1 Released

Added language and sticky thread support and released 0.2.0.  Forgot to 
bump version number for 0.2.0 so I released 0.2.1.  Sue me.

Anyway this will be the last release before phpWS 0.9.3, as I plan to use 
the newer Item/Manager listing stuff for some of the features I have 
planned.
