[Phpwebsite-developers] ezform->imageForm() HOWTO?

I'm unable to get the imageForm() function of EZform to output anything.  
I haven't been able to find an example module that uses it yet.  I know 
that the tags produced will have NEW_, CURRENT_, and REMOVE_ prepended to 
the name I pass in, but still no dice.
