[Phpwebsite-developers] menu manager error

Got an error adding a pagemaster page to a menu.  I had already saved the 
page and was going in through the menu man to add it:

DB Error: unknown error
LOCK TABLES mod_menuman_items WRITE [nativecode=1044 ** Access denied for 
user: 'phpws_user@localhost' to database 'phpws']

Using mysql and phpws 0.9.1.
