[Phpwebsite-developers] Comments in Announcements

Hey,
I've been working on some new themes using 0.9.0cvs version from March 31st.
When viewing an announcement with comments for that announcement, the
comments are stuck above the announcement and I can't move them at all like
I did with previous versions of phpws.  Did something change or am I missing
something obvious?
