[Phpwebsite-developers] latest core cvs: can't change theme?

Had this happen on two machines today.  After checking out the latest CVS, 
no matter what I try to change the theme to it stays on "Default".  I try 
to track it down later but thought I'd throw this out for now in case 
someone else had a minute.
