For some reason when I try to save a block maker entry with an img tag the 
entire image tag is not saved.  My particular case is below.  It is one of 
those "weather magnets" from weather.com:

SRC="http://oap.weather.com/fcgi-bin/oap/generate_magnet?loc_id=USWI0416&code=243371">

None of that source is saved when I save the block, although I get a 
successful save message.
