Me again.  I see that comments needs to have a module and itemid.  So what 
if we were to just create a dummy "phpwsBB" module that only has 1 item.  
So in essence we would have a long set of comments for a single item, but 
in my mind it would behave exactly like a web message board.

What do you think?
