[Phpwebsite-developers] file/download manager

Is anyone working on a file/download manager mod?  I don't think it would 
take relatively long to work one up.  If no one is working it I'll give it 
a shot.  I want to update a site to 0.9.1 when it comes out but I need a 
file downloads mod.
