[Phpwebsite-developers] can't just update email

When I go to the User's User Manager, it won't let me just update my email 
address.  It thinks I want to change my password as well so it won't let 
me leave blank passwords.

Can't you just assume if both password fields are blank that there is no 
attempted password change?
