[Phpwebsite-developers] Wrong date on Calender

The wrong date is showing up today:
the date is Feb 13, 2003, the that that is showing is Feb 3rd, 2003
The 13th block is highlighted as today's date...

Using the Default theme
With the calendar mod installed
Appeared in both IE and Mozilla
The date on the system is correct, Thu Feb 13 11:57:28 EST 2003

I am in the process of "trying to create a theme.." and noticed this in =
my theme..=20
 so I tried another theme to verify it wasn't something I did.
