To me.... this domain name is fully qualified and working/hosted on a VPS. =
I
have to browse and login to this site everyday and I have a cPanel in there
which is also working OK.
Simply try: www.passagesdevie.org
What exactly do you mean by "qualified domain name"?
If you can surf it... then isn't it qualifying?
