Let me guess.

You'll rename phpwebsite to phpwebsite_0.8. Then you're going to move
phpwebsite_core to phpwebsite. Then move phpwebsite_modules to
phpwebsite/mod. Then move phpwebsite_themes to phpwebsite/themes. After
this is done you'll create modules in CVSROOT for core, mod, and themes.
