[Phpwebsite-developers] web interface to cvs

I have upgraded to the cvs copy of chora. We now have stats when you view
the revision logs of a particular file you will  now see hrefs at the top
"Logs | Branches | Statistics".  Both the stats and branch viewing may
come in handy so enjoy.
