[Phpwebsite-developers] Calendar Conversion

The calendar 0.8.3 upgrade is in CVS.

Please note that SERVER['PATH_TRANSLATED'] did not exist on my installation.
I recommend changing the other conversion scripts to compare to
$_SERVER['SCRIPT_FILENAME'] instead.
