Geoff,
The CVS copy should be up to date. Use pserver access to check it out. I
think the instructions below are correct.

$ cvs -d:pserver:ano...@re...:/home/cvsroot login

$ cvs -d:pserver:ano...@re...:/home/cvsroot export
-rHEAD -d phpwebsite phpwebsite

$ cd phpwebsite/make_distro
$ ./makedistro.sh en
