As Steven and I have been working with the PHPWS_Error, PHPWS_Item and PHPWS_Manager classes, we've created several core templates. To store these templates we've created a core directory in the current theme's templates directory and look there to get them. Note: A module writer that is using these templates has the ability to change them at any time to their module's specific templates. I want to propose that we create a templates directory in the phpwebsite root and use it for core templates like these. It will not affect any code unless you are using the classes mentioned above. As far as I know, that only affects phatform_v2. The theme writer can still create a core directory in the theme's template directory and those templates will be used instead the ones in the base/templates directory. Let me know what you think, Adam --------------------------------------------------------------------- Adam Morton Developer - Electronic Student Services http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu Founder - Appalachian Linux Users Group http://alug.appstate.edu |
