[Phpwebsite-developers] RC2 with php < 4.2.2

    You will need php version 4.2.2 or above to install. If you don't
    have this version, you will need to comment out the version check in
    the setup.php file. 

What functionality will be lost for sites following the advice above.
I'm looking at this from the perspective of a SourceForge hosted
project. SourceForge currently uses php 4.1.2.
