[Phpwebsite-developers] 0.8.3 Administration

Just want to confirm something that I've suspected.  I have a client who 
didn't want to wait for 0.9 to come out so I just went with 0.8.3 cvs.  I 
noticed that Calendar installs it's own admin user.  However I'm assuming 
that there is no separated administration and that this user would be able 
to change anything and everything on the site, just as any admin would.

Am I right?
