[Phpwebsite-developers] Branch rewritten

Hello,

This morning I reached a good CVS commit place. Branch now is much easier
to work. Please check out a copy and test it out.

I will be working on the update stuff alongsite the branch so updates
affect the all the branches under a hub.

Let me know if you can get it working.
