[Phpwebsite-developers] Installation Results??

After installing 0.9.0-rc-1, I received three messages.

All three of these errors are:
"Missing language directory." errors

(If you scroll down, you can see the context of these errors.
I have highlighted them with <==================)

Here's my question:

Do I need to correct something in the installation before I proceed with 
testing 0.9.0 rc-1?
