In rc1 our goal was just that, there were just a couple of quirks in the
install (hence the release candidate :) ).  The PEAR libs were included in
rc1 and the setup actually checks to see if your local PEAR libs are
installed correctly.  If they are not, it notifies you and automagically
uses the PEAR libs we provided.  We will be sure to test this more
strictly before another rc.
