Not sure if it's worth anyone's while, but I've attached a script that I 
used to get the latest CVS and put it into my phpws doc root.

hopefully you can get the jist of it and what you'd need to customize for 
your own setup.

In my case my doc root is /usr/local/phpws/phpws_core.
