Don,

I got the pear package upgrade needed to run the new core and uploaded
it to phpWebSite.  You can get it by following the link we have up for
the pear libs and the file is in there (HTML_Template_IT-1.0.0.tgz).
Some instructions are in the install.txt file. I'm sorry all this wasn't
in place already.
