I think this would be better posted to the phpWebSite core.

Additionally, you might want to give a small description as to the pro's and
con's of moving to such a format. A "hey let's do this" type message isn't
highly regarded when it comes to what gets done by managers and developers.
Justification and qualification is necessary in the business world.
